What should I expect?

We understand that speaking with a family lawyer is a huge step in anyone’s life, and usually when that happens it’s because there is a significant event or issue to be resolved. With our non-toxic approach to family law resolutions, this call is designed to be a way for you to speak with a senior family lawyer from the comfort of your own home and without any commitment to continue.

Although during this call we are unable to provide you with tailored advice as to your circumstances, we can certainly offer you reassurance by getting to speak with one of our expert family lawyers to make sure you’re comfortable ahead of scheduling in your initial consultation. For this reason the call is completely free, and there is absolutely no obligation to continue with us if you don’t feel that we are the right lawyers to help you through your family law separation.

What you can expect is that you will:

  • Get a feel for how we operate with non-toxic family law resolutions;

  • Have the opportunity to briefly describe your situation to a senior family lawyer, and ask any general questions that you might have. If the answer requires a more detailed understanding of your circumstances, we will then suggest that you schedule a ‘Strategy Session’ initial consultation as this will allow us to conduct a complete review of your situation and provide that tailored legal advice to you;

  • Know whether your circumstances are a good fit for our non-toxic approach.

The legal costs associated with scheduling an initial consultation and beyond should you engage with us will be offered, where applicable, on a fixed-fee basis.
